UNP Outdoor proudly serves outdoor enthusiasts across the United States and Canada. All orders are processed and dispatched from our local North American fulfillment hub to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery. 

Currently, our shipping operations are strictly limited to the continental United States and Canada. International shipping to other countries, overseas territories, or islands is unavailable at this time.

1. Order Processing & Daily Cut-off Time
• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after your order confirmation email is issued. 
• Daily Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is firmly set at 5:00 PM (PST / PDT - Pacific Time). Orders completed before 5:00 PM on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or during weekends and holidays, will commence processing on the following business day.
• Tracking Notification: You will receive an automated shipment notification containing verified carrier tracking links the moment your package leaves our loading dock.

2. Shipping Destinations, Timeframes & Fees
We partner with premium national freight carriers (including FedEx, UPS, and local postal networks) to offer transparent delivery. Our shipping structures are fixed as follows:

• United States (Continental US Only)
  - Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 7 Business Days
  - Shipping Fee: 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

• Canada (Cross-Border Delivery)
  - Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 10 Business Days
  - Shipping Fee: 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
  - Please note: Actual delivery timelines for Canada may occasionally fluctuate based on cross-border customs clearing speeds and provincial postal efficiency.

3. Shipping Restrictions (P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses)
Due to the oversized dimensions and substantial freight weight of our heavy-duty family camping tents and equipment, our courier partners (FedEx and UPS) are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. 

We kindly require you to provide a valid physical residential or commercial street address at checkout to ensure successful carrier acceptance. If a shipping address is identified as a P.O. Box or military base, the shipment will be automatically held, and our support team will contact you via email to request an alternative physical delivery address.

4. Primary North American Logistics Hub
Our primary domestic fulfillment center is strategically located in California:
18551 Arenth Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748, United States. 

Please note that this facility operates strictly as a closed B2B logistics distribution hub. It is not open to the general public, and direct customer pickups or walk-in returns cannot be accommodated at this location.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (For Canadian Orders)
For orders shipped to Canada, UNP Outdoor operates on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. UNP Outdoor is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, brokerages, or local provincial taxes applied to your cross-border package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including custom tariffs, clearance fees, and PST/GST/HST).

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
UNP Outdoor is dedicated to ensuring your gear arrives safely. However, we are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by courier operational issues, extreme weather conditions, or customs delays. 

If your tracking link indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives with severe transit damage, please notify our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of the marked delivery date so we can promptly open an official investigation with the carrier.
