FAQ
How do I choose the right tent size?
Consider not only the number of campers, but also your mattresses, luggage, and desired living space. If you prefer more room to move around, we recommend choosing a tent one size larger than your actual group size.
Are UNP tents suitable for different weather conditions?
Yes. UNP tents are designed for 3-season camping with a double-layer structure: breathable mesh keeps air flowing in warm weather, while the outer rainfly provides added protection from wind and rain. The fabric also offers added protection around common campsite heat and flame exposure for greater peace of mind.
How long does it take to set up a tent?
UNP tents are designed for easy family camping. Many models can be set up by two people in around 5 minutes, while setup time may vary for larger tents and different designs.
What are UNP's shipping, return, and warranty policies?
We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S., 30-day hassle-free returns, and a 1-year warranty, so you can shop and camp with greater peace of mind.
